Dear Panacea Family,

I want to personally inform you that on March 2, 2026, Vica submitted her resignation. Her final day with us will be Friday, March 6, 2026.

This transition was unexpected, and no specific reason was shared with me. While I do not have further details to provide, I sincerely wish Vica well as she continues her journey. Life unfolds in chapters, and sometimes people feel called to turn the page.

In the meantime, I want to be transparent with you. Until I am able to hire and properly train a new assistant, I will be managing all aspects of the practice myself — including answering phones, scheduling appointments, handling administrative responsibilities, and responding to urgent matters. I do not yet know how long this transition period will last, but I am actively working toward a thoughtful and stable solution.

If you call and are unable to reach someone, please leave a voicemail and allow me time to return your call. I kindly ask for your patience and grace during this adjustment. Sending a message through the patient portal will likely be the fastest way to receive a response.
