Dear Panacea Family,

I hope this message finds you well.

As you may know, Vica, my previous assistant, recently transitioned out of the practice. I wanted to share a brief update as I continue navigating this change and thoughtfully building the right support for Panacea.

While I have not yet found the right in-person replacement, I am truly grateful to share that I have welcomed a wonderful new addition.

Her name is Estrella Moon, and she will be joining as my virtual medical assistant. Estrella is fluent in both English and Spanish, brings a warm and engaging personality, and is deeply committed to providing excellent patient care and support. She is eager to serve you and is genuinely excited to begin this journey.

Estrella will officially begin her training on March 25, 2026. As with any thoughtful onboarding process, it will take a little time to ensure she is fully integrated and able to support you at the high standard you deserve.

During this training period, I kindly ask for your continued patience—particularly with phone calls, scheduling, and administrative requests. I am actively working toward creating a smoother and more responsive experience very soon.

Please know that this is a positive step forward, and I am confident that Estrella will be a beautiful addition to the Panacea family.
